Endpoint Index is an endpoint detection and response pricing comparison site for small and medium businesses. In September 2026 the brand did not appear in AI answers to buyer questions about its own category. Across 20 core market questions, 80 answers from ChatGPT and Perplexity returned no brand mentions, no citations and no recommendations.
What We Did
The work followed four stages, each measured against the same 20 market questions.

Across 80 market answers covering 20 buyer questions, the share citing endpointindex.com rose from 0 at Baseline 0 (September 2026) to 20 at Baseline 3 (11 October 2026). Every non-brand answer that also named the brand cited the site.
